📢 What is SOA and Why Is It Important?
SOA (Statement of Account) will be sent on the first working day after your orders are sent to MSX. It serves as an official confirmation and summary of the orders MSX has received along with the total collected amount.
SOA will be sent to the customer's email registered on the system.
SOA includes: ✅ A summary sheet showing an overview of all collected charges
✅ A detailed sheet showing the fees for each individual waybills
✅ A reconciliation sheet showing all negative SOA sessions (debt charges)
This helps ensure transparency, accuracy, and better tracking for your business. All negative SOA sessions will be carried over to the next session.
Total Amount = Total COD Amount - Total Fee
Total Fee = Total COD Fee + Total COD Fee Tax + Total Shipping Fee + Total Insurance Fee + Total Return Fee + Withholding Tax

📄 SOA Field Descriptions:
Customer Contract Code: Provided upon service registration
Customer Name: Name of the customer
Customer Phone: Customer’s contact number
Bank: Name of the receiving bank
Account Number: Receiver's account number
Account Name: Name of the account holder
Date: Date the SOA is issued
Billing Period: The covered SOA cycle or period
Total Shipping Fee: Total shipping fee for this SOA
Total Insurance Value: Total insurance fee declared by the customer for all shipments
Total Return Fee: Return shipment fees for all returned parcels
Return Fee Adjustment: Adjustment on return fees (if any)
Withholding Tax: Applicable withholding tax base on total amount each period
In transit waybill will have: Shipping fee, insurance fee (with J&T orders)
Deliveried waybills will have: COD, COD fee, COD fee tax (with J&T orders)
Return fee will have: Return fee
Note: All waybills that require payment will be shown on this sheet (Including waybills that appeared in the previous negative SOA period). So don't worry if you see a waybill appear multiple times on bills. MSX will only charge the fee once.
